1. General Disclaimer

All readings and services are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only. The information provided should not be considered as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. The reader is not liable for any decisions made based on the readings.

2. Delivery Time & Booking Policy

Readings are delivered within 3-7 business days from the time of booking. During peak periods (festivals, holidays, promotional events), delivery may take slightly longer due to high demand.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Expedited delivery is not available.

3. Question Policy

Each booking includes ONE question per reading. Additional questions require separate bookings with applicable charges.

Important: If you submit more than one question in a single booking, only the first question will be answered. To receive answers for additional questions, please make separate bookings.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Full refund: If reading has not been started (within 24 hours of booking)
No refund: Once the reading process has begun
No refund: After reading has been delivered

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Processing time: 5-7 business days.

5. Honesty & Ethical Readings

All readings are conducted with complete honesty and integrity. The reader provides genuine guidance based on their spiritual abilities and the energy received.

6. Follow-Up & Additional Charges

Follow-up questions or clarifications on delivered readings require a separate booking with applicable charges. The reader is not obligated to provide free follow-up responses.

7. Closed-Ended Policy

Questions with simple yes/no or either/or answers may receive limited guidance. Tarot and energy readings are most effective with open-ended questions that allow for comprehensive spiritual insight.

Recommended (Open-ended)

"What guidance do you have for my career?"

8. Confidentiality

All readings and personal information are kept strictly confidential. The reader will not share, disclose, or use client information for any purpose other than providing the requested services.
